The annual general meeting of the Comox Valley Raiders Youth Football Club will be held Monday, Jan. 17 at the Bill Moore Park Clubhouse on Kilpatrick Avenue in Courtenay. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

The Claremont/Mt. Doug Spartan Ram Classic senior boys basketball tournament Jan. 7-8 in Victoria provided the G.P. Vanier Towhees with a solid look at some of their Island opposition.

The Comox Valley Glacier Kings had a great second period Friday night when they took on the Peninsula Panthers.
