Roller derby season a smash

The Brick House Betties roller derby team credits a fun and successful 2017 season to the support of its fans, local business sponsors, and the strong derby community in the area. In partnership with local junior team, the Stone Cold Stellas, the Betties hosted two doubleheader events at home. The first took place April 29 at Glacier Gardens in Comox, with visiting teams from Nanaimo. The first roller derby event to be played at CFB Comox was welcomed by an enthusiastic crowd.
