Dear Editor,

Time for the travelling road show of pop-up tents to end. Glad security got them off Comox hospital grounds.

This group of pro-drug taking doctors are a disgrace to the profession and should be stripped of their accreditation.

It's all quite simple: Don't do drugs. If you or others can't get you off drugs, and are obviously doing harm to yourself or others, time for the provincial government, through the Mental Health Act, to step in and place you into involuntary care.

For every single person it is horrible and difficult to get off drugs. So for God's sake don't disguise that taking drugs is okay at a safe injection / inhalation site.

Sooner, not later, these poor addicted soles will take that fix they've got right where they get it and they will die right there. They will not take the time to wait and walk, take the bus or get driven to either a pop-up drug taking site nor inside a hospital.
