On May 3, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., the Comox Rotary will be holding its annual Drive-thru Shredding Day at the North Island College in Courtenay.

To access the shredding area, come through the Ryan Road entrance and Rotarians will help guide people through the drive-thru lanes.

Comox Rotary President Karla Hammond remarked: “We are putting the call out to individual community members and local businesses to load those boxes of old documents into their vehicles and come to the College on Saturday May 3rd.”

Partnering with Record Xpress, Comox Rotarians are excited to work once again with this Island based professional shredding company.

“Secure document destruction is their business and we know we are in good hands” stated President Hammond.

Rotarians like to help their community and Drive-thru Shredding Day will help Valley residents to declutter and at the same time support the good works of Rotary.

Cost is $20.00 per banker’s box or equivalent. Cash, debit or credit card accepted.
