The Comox Valley Refugee Sponsorship Society (CVRSS) will be having an Afghan Feast fundraising dinner.

On Nov. 15 at the Comox Valley Presbyterian Church (725 Aspen Rd, Comox). A local Afghan family will prepare a delicious Afghan feast, which will include both meat and meatless dishes.

The food is not spicy. but Afghan hot sauce will be available for those who like a bit of heat. 

Tickets cost $75.00 and can be purchased at the Presbyterian Church office from Tuesday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and noon, or by contacting cvastzarak@gmail.com and sending an e-transfer. 

The event will include a silent auction. All proceeds from this event will go towards helping an Afghan refugee family to resettle here in the Comox Valley.
