An introductory course on competitive dragon boat racing is being offered April 4, 11 and 18 from 6-7:15 p.m. at the Comox Marina.
Sponsored by the Prevailing Wins team, the course is open to fit men and women off all ages. The cost is $30.
The sport provides a good workout, and plenty of socializing. A variety of races are held each year on Vancouver Island.
