A new bike trail has south Island bike enthusiasts in a spin.
Spanning 750 metres, packed full of jumps, berms, and flow trail sections, the new ‘Flipside’ trail promises an exhilarating experience, says the City of Langford
Classed as an intermediate ‘blue flow’ trail, suitable for mid-level riders, ‘Flipside’ is the 14th trail to be added to the Langford Gravity Zone and Nature Trails Park, located at 4100 West Shore Pkwy in Langford.
"This new trail is an exciting addition to our growing community and supports our efforts of positioning Langford as a destination for biking and outdoor recreation in British Columbia," said Mayor Scott Goodmanson in a news release.

Accessible from the ‘Wonderland’ access trail, ‘Flipside’ connects to the southern parking lot located at 4200 West Shore Pkwy, along the ‘Steam Donkey’ access trail.
Hailed as a popular spot for residents and visitors by the city, the Gravity Zone and Nature Trails Park, along with the Jordie Lunn Bike Park, offers a combination of dirt jumps, pump track, skills area and hiking and mountain bike trails all in one central destination.
