Cumberland Guesthouse is welcoming the public to an informational meeting to provide the community an opportunity to review and comment on the official community plan and rezoning application, which seeks to redesignate the subject property within the Official Community Plan from Residential Infill to Mixed Use and amend the R-1A - Infill Residential Zone for this property only, to permit a motel to facilitate the continued operation of a tourist accommodation.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Cumberland Guesthouse from 5-7pm
