Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, Raincoast Seafarms Ltd. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry () and under registry number 6576, or, under the NPP File Number 1999-501130 a description of the following works, the sites, and plans: Existing and operating shellfish aquaculture facility located in Baynes Sound, fronting unsurveyed foreshore on the northwest side of Denman Island at the northwest 1/4 SEC 28, adjacent to DL 202, Nanaimo District, Denman Island, BC approximately at 49.500278掳 N, 124.844722掳 W.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation can be sent through the Common Project Search site mentioned above under the Comment section (search by the above-referenced number) or if you do not have access to the internet, by sending your comments directly to: Navigation Protection Program 鈥� Transport Canada, 820-800 Burrard Street, Vancouver BC, V6Z 2J8.
