West Shore RCMP looks to locate 16-year-old girl missing since Monday

West Shore RCMP is looking to locate teen Leily Foell who was last seen on Nov. 18 around 7 p.m. on foot close to the Galloping Goose trail near Victoria General Hospital in View Royal.

West Shore RCMP is looking to locate a 16-year-old girl who was reported missing Monday evening (Nov. 18).

Leily Foell, described as a light-skinned girl, 5’6” and 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, was last seen on Monday on foot close to the Galloping Goose trail near Victoria General Hospital in View Royal. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, pants and boots.

Police are very concerned for the girl’s health and well-being, police said in a news release, noting West Shore RCMP has followed up on several leads. However, Foell remains missing. Anyone with information is asked to contact their local police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
