Everyone in the Valley and beyond is invited to a weekend of celebration as Comox's Filberg Park gears up to host the 40th annual Filberg Festival from Aug. 2 to 4.

This year, the Filberg Festival continues its tradition of showcasing Canadian and international talents alongside more than 120 artisans including fine artists, metalworkers, potters, woodworkers, jewellers, and glassmakers, among many others.

Musical highlights will include performances by renowned artists such as Joel Plaskett featuring Mo Kenny, Blue Moon Marquee,  Black Belt Eagle Scout, Kim Churchill, Thrasher & Saddleback, and many more. 

From folk to blues, indie to roots, the festival promises a diverse musical experience for all attendees.

In addition to this extensive music lineup, the Filberg Festival offers a wide array of culinary options paired with Vancouver Island's finest beers, wines, and ciders, available throughout the site. 

Filberg Park executive director Linda Thomas expressed her anticipation for this year's festival.
