A driver faces future vehicle inspection after West Shore RCMP stopped their vehicle during speed watch in a school zone Wednesday (March 5) in View Royal.
Officers with the traffic unit “observed a vehicle with an extremely cracked windshield that directly blocked the view of the driver and a front passenger window that had been replaced with plastic bags taped together,” West Shore RCMP posted on social media.
The driver was issued a $109 ticket for driving with an obstructed view and issued an order requiring a full inspection.
The vehicle was towed.
