After the nomination period ended on Aug. 16, the village of Cumberland has announced its three candidates for the upcoming by-election.
The nominees are Kenneth Barth, Thea Cockerton and Nick Ward.
All three candidates are vying for the position of councillor as a replacement for Jesse Ketler who stepped down in June after serving 10 years on council.
The by-election takes place on Sept. 21 with advance voting available on Sept. 11 and 18.
