Comox Valley RCMP seeks witnesses in February fire investigation

Witnesses to the fire in Comox are asked to call the Comox Valley RCMP or Crime Stoppers.

The Comox Valley RCMP is seeking information from the public as part of an ongoing investigation into a fire that occurred on February 23, 2025 at  approximately 11:50 p.m. on the 1500-block of Skeena Drive in Comox, B.C.

“While some time has passed since the incident, investigators have been actively pursuing various leads and examining all available evidence,” said Cst. Monika Terragni, Media Relations Officer, Comox Valley RCMP. “As a part of this process, we are now releasing images of an arson suspect in the hopes someone may recognize them or have information that could assist in the investigation.” 

“We acknowledge that the images are not of the highest quality but even with these limitations, we are hopeful someone may recognize something familiar – whether it be the individual's clothing, build, gait, or general appearance.”
