The leaders of all Canadian families know that taking care of their family is a challenge and that the larger the family, the larger the challenge.

They know that the challenge is not singular but consists of a multitude of challenges.

They know that they cannot be everything to everyone all of the time but they must do their best for everyone all of the time.

They know that the best potential for succeeding is through open and transparent communication based on cooperation, collaboration, consideration and at times compromise.

They know that an adversarial approach almost always leads to controversy, conflict, confrontation and divisiveness that end in deferment of the issue time and time again. This process also has a result, chaos.
