The Courtenay Museum will have a Spring Fling and Easter Things event on April 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m..
This will be a fun filled action packed three hour event. In the Rotary Gallery we will have a petting zoo provided by Barnyard Party Animals. Visit with chicks, bunnies, ducklings, hedgehogs and guinea pigs.
The amazing face painter Amy Louise will be creating face art for a $5 cash fee. Singer/songwriter Mr. Day and his puppets Gus giraffe, Rocco racoon and Itty Bitty kitty will be providing family entertainment by singing and telling stories.
Shows start at 11:30 a.m., 12:10 p.m., 12:50 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. There will be a bird nest hunt, guess how many candies contest, Easter door prizes, chocolate treats and more.
