The Vancouver Island Musicfest got off to a rockin' start on Friday, with more on deck for Saturday.

With acts like The Milk Carton Kids, Sacred Steel Summit Revue and As We Speak taking the Concert Bowl Stage, it was hard to keep the audience down.

Even more is to come on Saturday!
