In this epic adventure, Dog Man 鈥� a heroic figure with the head of a dog and body of a man 鈥� tries to save a city under siege from the nefarious Flippy, a cyborg fish, and his army of menacing Beasty Buildings. And that鈥檚 not all 鈥� he also needs to outsmart Petey, the world鈥檚 most evil cat, who has cloned himself for one purpose: revenge.
