The First Annual Wellness Expo will be at the Florence Filberg Centre (411 Anderton Avenue, Courtenay) on April 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
At the North Island Wellness Expo, people of all ages will discover information, products and services to enhance their well-being. It is “The Place to Research Products & Services for Healthy Aging”. The Expo features a wide variety of Exhibitors, Wellness Talks, Door Prizes and more. The event is free to attend.
The expo will have a diverse range of exhibitors, offering information, products and services focused on health, holistic healing, nutrition, and support services.
There will be health talks where attendees can enjoy engaging and informative wellness talks, including: Eating for Your Body Type, Reclaiming Your Power in a World That Profits from Your Fear, Boosting Your Brain Health, Reverse Aging Naturally: The 4 Hidden Root Causes Draining Your Energy, Vitality & Youth.
There will be door prizes and for one lucky attendee they will win a grand door prize valued at over $3,000 in products and services. Many exhibitors will also offer their own individual prize draws throughout the day.
Rhodos Coffee & Bistro will be on-site, serving up their delicious coffee and fresh lunch options.
