When the IG Private Wealth, Gee, Gibson & Associates team in Comox read that the Earl Naswell Community Christmas Society was in need, they didn鈥檛 hesitate.

鈥�(In) the Nov. 29 Record, (we) learned about the Earl Naswell Community Christmas Dinner needing funds to help fund the Christmas meals to be delivered on Christmas day to over 800 recipients,鈥� explained Janet Geem an associare consultant with Gee Gibson & Associates. 鈥淥n Dec. 5, Rob James of the organization received $5,000 from this team to fill this need.鈥�

James is the treasurer for the Earl Naswell Community Christmas Society (ENCCS).

In the Nov. 29 article, Preparations ongoing for Courtenay鈥檚 Earl Naswell Community Christmas Dinner, James explained that with a record number of recipients this year and the dramatic rise in food costs over the past year, the ENCCS is in dire need of support.

In true community leadership fashion, the team at Gee Gibson & Associates came through.

The society is still in need of support to ensure the target of 800 meals is met.
