The public is encouraged to attend a March 3 rally hosted by the Canadian Cancer Society as it launches the 2011 Relay For Life.The event is at 7 p.m. at the Westerly Hotel.The Relay For Life is a unique opportunity for communities to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones and fight back against all cancers. Each year more than 400 communities support the largest cancer fundraiser in Canada.Locally, this year's event is June 24 and 25 at the Vanier track.
