Girls soccer golden at Games

Comox Valley soccer players Sydney Sunderland, Abby Duncan and Olivia Jean were part of the Zone 6 girls team that won gold at the 2018 BC Summer Games last weekend in the Cowichan Valley.

Comox Valley soccer players Sydney Sunderland, Abby Duncan and Olivia Jean were part of the Zone 6 girls team that won gold at the 2018 BC Summer Games last weekend in the Cowichan Valley.

The girls defeated the Fraser River zone team on Sunday.

Sunderland and Duncan played last season with the U15 Upper Riptide girls team that placed third at A-Cup provincials.
