Chart will help training preparations for Tri-K

THIS CHART WILL help you get your training started for this year's Tri-K.

 

 

The Comox Valley Shoreline Orthodontics Tri-K is ready to go on Sunday, May 29. Are you?

If not the first four weeks of a training schedule below can help you. The schedule gives suggested workout lengths for beginners (on the second line) and intermediate participants (on the third line). Swims are in metres and runs and rides in minutes.

Participants may want to use a combination run/walk for the runs over the first four weeks. With each outing try to increase the time that you run and decrease the walking time.
