The weather was beautiful, the racers keen, and the volunteers were out in full force.

It was an excellent day for all at the 2023 Shoreline Orthodontics Tri-K Triathlon held around the Comox Valley Sports Centre the morning and early afternoon of Sunday, May 28. More than 170 participants of kids (from age 4), youth, and adults (up to age 76) were on hand. Thanks to all that came out including over 50 hard-working and appreciated volunteers to cover the pool swim, transition, road bike, and trail run, and all the spectators to cheer and motivate.
