Dear Editor,
Yes, we do need a 鈥渘ew deal鈥� for transportation!
I suggest we install a Toll Station on the Inland Highway. This will satisfy the need two-fold: people who use it will pay and people who don鈥檛 will not.
The monies could be put towards an updated rail corridor, reducing pollution and allowing almost everyone to travel affordably up and down the Island.
Simple eh!
