Dear editor,Many homeless people have brain injuries or have mental health problems and as a result, normal routines of daily living are very difficult.I suffer from a brain injury and have trouble finding suitable housing. What Comox Valley needs are more group homes that provide support from a qualified, live-in, caregiving manager in a neighbourhood setting.Such homes would be far cheaper than the 24-hour temporary shelter proposed for downtown Courtenay.Furthermore, we will be stigmatized in downtown Courtenay.Scott Holden,Royston
