Yes, I do agree that we must discover and analyze the facts and move beyond the rhetoric.
So please, editor, prior to your next report, story, or opinion about Union Bay and UBID, discover the facts, call Bruce Livesey, or Cleve Goldswain or TAG and find out their position on local issues.
Bruce and Clive were elected to the board of UBID in the same manner as the other trustees and deserve to be treated equally by your paper.
I do hope that your newspaper can offer up the facts in the stories and opinions so that the people of Union Bay, who will be voting in April, can make an informed and proper decision.
Indeed, let us cut the rhetoric and discover and analyze the facts.
