Pat passed away peacefully after a courageous struggle with cancer on Saturday, October 4, 2003. She is survived by her loving children: Suzanne, Patrick, Linda, Sandra and Michael; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and a sister Marguerite. Pat provided loving care to seniors at Orchard Manor Rest Home and to many more with private home care following her retirement in 1986. Pat will be greatly missed by her famiily and all who knew her. A Memorial Service was held at the COMOX VALLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 1101 RYAN ROAD, COURTENAY, B.C. at 3 pm at Thursday, October 9, 2003. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pat鈥檚 name to the Canadian Cancer Society, #102-1509 Cliffe Avenue, Courtenay, BC. V9N 2K6
