In loving memory ~
Roberta "Robbie" Stokes passed away suddenly but peacefully in the presence of family on 17 May. She is predeceased by her husband Chris, and her parents Robert and Mary Brideson. She will be deeply missed by her sons James (Jennifer), Jason (Terri), Stephen; stepsons Andrew (Clea) and Rick (Fionna); grandchildren Matthew, Jonathan, Elijah, Zachary, Keisja, Liam, Aidan, Rainey, Noah, Lilly and great grandchild Axel; brother Richard; nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
Robbie was an avid gardener and she always looked forward to the spring when she could get outside and nurture her flowers again. She also liked to travel. Robbie always supported and encouraged her sons and their partners to develop their passions and interests. She was an intent listener and wise counsellor, providing steady guidance through life's many ups and downs. As a Grandma she revelled in seeing her grandchildren grow and succeed in their various activities, attending their sports events, concerts and performances, and milestone events whenever she could.
