WRAIGHT, PERCY JOHN
Percy “Pete” John Wraight passed away Friday, May 28th, 2004. Born in England, July 1st, 1920. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Edith, children; Linda (Ian Stabler), Janet Ware, Peter (Sandy) Wraight, Susan Taylor, eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and relatives in England. Pete was a veteran of WWII serving with the Royal Engineers in England and overseas, including North Africa. In his retirement, Pete enjoyed his aviary and encouraging wild birds to the garden he and Edith lovingly tended. A common sight at the local airpark and fish hatchery were Pete, Edith and their small dog, Charlie riding their motorized scooters. He lived for his family and will be remembered for his outgoing personality and keen sense of humour. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Musgrave for his care and compassion.
