Norman Harrington

1920 - 2003

Of Black Creek passed away peacefully on Monday, June 9, 2003. Predeceased by his wife, Rose Eleanor Wagstaff, will be dearly missed by his sons: Donald, Raymond, and David (Laura) Wagstaff, wife Evan Major, grandsons Brandon and Austin.

Norman was born in Cumberland and worked as a logger at Comox Logging, Aero Camp in the Queen Charlotte Islands and Harrison Lake before moving to Port Hardy. He worked for many years before retiring to the Comox Valley. He very much enjoyed the outdoors especially fishing. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Piercy鈥檚 Funeral Home in Courtenay on Saturday, June 14th at 11:00 am.
