In Loving Memory ~

With broken hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Boyd (Muir) who peacefully left us just three days after celebrating her 90th birthday.

A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister in law, aunt, cousin and friend to all who knew her, Norma lived a life rich with love and laughter.

Born on November 21, 1934 in Comox, BC, Norma spent her years touching the lives of everyone around her with an extraordinary capacity for warmth and compassion. Her 71-year marriage to Lowell was a testament to her unwavering devotion. She was a steadfast partner, an incredible mother to Susan, whom she adored beyond measure, and a fiercely proud grandmother to Cristina.

More than anything, Norma lived for her great-grandsons. Her eyes lit up when they were near, and her love for them was a constant source of happiness and pride. To Norma, family meant everything, and she found joy in every moment spent with her loved ones, nurturing the bonds that made her life so rich.

Norma leaves behind her loving husband, Lowell, her daughter Susan (Joe), her granddaughter Cristina (Agustin) her great-grandsons Joshua, James and Jonah, and a host of family and friends who will miss her dearly.

She was predeceased by her father Ronald, mother Elisabeth and brother Robert, and her in-laws Bill and Helen Boyd.

By request, there will be no service.
