Passed away peacefully on April 28, 2005 at St. Joseph鈥檚 Hospital, Comox. She was predeceased by her husband Lorne; and will be sadly missed by her son George; daughter Lorna; grandchildren: Ryan, Krystal and one great-granddaughter.

Mildred was an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Women鈥檚 Auxillary Branch 28, Pythian Sisters and Rebekkah Lodge. A Memorial Tea will be held at the Cumberland Legion, Branch 28 on Wednesday, May 4, 2005 from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Flowers are gratefully declined, donations can be made to the Cumberland Health Center鈥檚 extended care unit.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Piercy鈥檚 - Mt. Washington Funeral Home.
