Maureen's lasting legacy is one of being a loving wife, mother, nana, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend. She was kind and compassionate to all she met and made lasting friends wherever she went. Her passing has left a great void in our family but we are grateful for having hadher with us for so many years. Maureen was elegant in every aspect of her life.
A family gathering will be held at a later date to celebrate a wonderful woman who was so loved by all of us.
The family would like to acknowledge the caring staff at the Comox Valley Hospital ICU and the Nanaimo Regional Hospital HAU departments.
