Lloyd Collins Cameron was born in Lloydminister, Saskatchewan, September the 8th, 1926. Lloyd was involved in logging, trucking and commercial fishing. He spent a good many of his years living at Ford’s Cove on Hornby Island where he was well-known for his carpentry skills. Lloyd enjoyed golfing, listening to music, dancing and spending time with his family and friends. His endearing smile, subtle sense of humor and his gentlemanly manner will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered. A private family service was held at the graveside on Monday, July 14th, 2003. Lloyd’s family would like to send a heartfelt thanks to Dr. Monks, Phyllis Saunders and the home support team, and the wonderful, over-worked, understaffed, staff of the Special Care Unit in Glacier View Lodge.
