Kath was born and raised in Okanagan Mission. She met and married her husband Pat, a flying instructor during W.W. II and they returned to settle in B.C. During her lifetime Mom had many interests: horseback riding, knitting, sewing, weaving, dried flower arranging, gardening, swimming, and canoeing. Her latter years were spent in her garden with her beloved plants and tickling the ivories on her beautiful grand piano.
Mom will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered in our hearts.
A Service of Remembrance in celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 11th at 2:00pm from COMOX VALLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORIUM, 1101 RYAN ROAD with the Reverend Margaret Elliott officiating. Should friends wish, donations in Kathleen’s memory to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
