Dewar, John Jeffery (Jack)
April 4, 1929-November 3, 2004
It is with great sadness that the family of Jack announces his passing. He was predeceased by his mother Vera, father George, brother Pat, and infant son Stephen.
Dad lived in the Comox Valley for nearly fifty years, and was constantly amazed by the growth and changes in the community he called home.
He was an avid fisherman, and golfer, but most importantly 鈥渙ur Dad鈥�.
He has left to miss him his two daughters: Sue Johnston (Lorne) and Deb Dewar-Hunchiak (Ron); five grandchildren: Jay, David, Terri, Craig and Cole; and four great-grandchildren.
No service by request. Donations in his memory to the charity of one鈥檚 choice.
God grant us the serenity
to accept the things
we cannot change.
The courage to change the things we can.
And the wisdom to know
the difference.
