In Loving Memory ~
John was a man with great integrity and strength and lived life on his terms. His family remembers him as a real life 'McIver'; resourceful - a man who could fix anything. His love of the ocean was only surpassed by the love of his wife Rose, a marriage of over 60 years.
Stories and memories were stolen from John by dementia but will live on in the memories of his family.
John leaves behind his daughter Loretta McPherson (Al); sons Glen Ryan (Sandra Lee), David Ryan (Koreen) and Rob Ryan; grandchildren Rodney McPherson (Libby) Rachel Ryan, Josh, Katie (Ryan) Oldrieve, and Sydney and great-grandchildren Breton and Joseph.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Glacier View Lodge for their care.
