Jodi Lynn B茅dard, a resident of Comox, passed away at the North Island Hospital Comox Valley with her father at her side on June 19, 2024. Jodi was born on October 11, 1973, and spent her early years making memories with her beloved brother Richard, Mother Eva and Father Claude along with her many cousins, who were both family and dear friends. Jodi went on to develop a career as certified hairdresser, bringing confidence and style to her clients. Perhaps Jodi's greatest joy in life was becoming a mother to her first child Michel in 1994 and a son Owen in 1998.

Jodi was a cherished daughter, sister, friend, and mother whose life embodied love, kindness, and creativity. Jodi found joy in the outdoors, especially the ocean, and cherished time with family. Jodi's gentle presence and witty scene of humour touched all who knew her, leaving a lasting legacy of friendship, compassion and love.

Jodi will always be remembered for her kindness and thoughtfulness, which remains a guiding light in our lives. Jodi is survived by her father Claude, her children Michel (Katelyn) and Owen (Solana) and a brother Richard (Murphy).

A Mass of Christian of Burial for Jodi will be held at Christ the King Church at 11:00 AM on Monday July 22, 2024, followed by internment at the Courtenay Civic Cemetery.
