Dewar, Jean Francis

1911 ~ 2005

Jean passed away peacefully on January 23 at the age of 94 at Mount Edwards Court Care Home in Victoria.

Jean was predeceased by her husband Gordon, brothers David and Lorne, and her grandson Duncan Dewar.

She is survived by daughters Shirley Wilcox of Victoria, Myrna Barber of Courtenay and son Bud Dewar of Cortez Is. Jean is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Jean worked at the Old Fort Hospital for seniors in Comox for many years, where she was a caregiver. After retiring she moved to Victoria where she spent her remaining years.

You have gone from us now.

We will sadly miss you

But you will never be forgotten
