In Loving Memory ~
In loving memory of our father, James H Van Sickle who passed away suddenly on January 6, 2024 at the age of 89.
He is mourned by his wife of 62 years Elaine Van Sickle and his children Pamela (Anthony), Rodney, Lyle (Jo-Ann) and Warren (Pamela).
He was a Loving Grandfather to Holly (Zachery), Christina (Leroy), Mariah, Emma and Kevin.
He was also a Great Grandfather (AKA Far away Papa) to Peyton, Bentley, Isaac and Scarlett.
He will be fondly remembered for his Love of Gardening, travelling with his Camping groups in B.C. and the U.S. and also loved fishing in his younger days.
He will be Greatly missed by all who knew and loved him and he will remain in all our Hearts.
We would like to express a Huge Thank you to Dr. Delaney, nurse Lindsay Gordon and all the staff at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital for all they did for our Family.
No Memorial service is planned as James did not want one.
The family will notify loved ones in the future if a Celebration of Life is scheduled.
