Eckstrom, Hedda Augusta Eva

Of Comox, born May 29, 1910 in Muggendorf, Austria; passed away in St. Joseph鈥檚 Hospital ECU on November 12, 2002.

Eva was predeceased by her husband Adolph Eckstrom on April 22, 1975. She will be lovingly remembered by her friends; Brenda and Myrtle and by her relatives in Sweden and Seattle, Washington.

A very special thank you to the staff of Cumberland Intermediate Care and the Oceanview Wing of ECU at St. Joseph鈥檚 Hospital. These two facilities were home to Eva Eckstrom since 1995. 鈥淵ou are my heroes鈥� - Myrtle Capling.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at a later date at the ECU at St. Joseph鈥檚 Hospital.
