Johnson - Edmond Percy passed away peacefully at the James Bay Lodge in Victoria, BC on July 5, 2003, with his daughter and her husband at his side, aged 82 years. He was predeceased by his wife Phyllis S, daughter Catherine Hepner, son Gordon, infant grandson Edmond William and grandson Dennis Walsh. Edmond will be lovingly remembered by his family; daughter Julia (Michael) Lewis, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a brother-in-law, a sister-in-law and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a businessman in Courtenay for years and was a Life Member of FOE Elks and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He liked to travel with his wife Phyllis.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date in the Courtenay Civic Cemetery.
