Donalda passed away at St. Joseph鈥檚 Hospital, Comox, on August 9th, 2004 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her son Dale (Chandra) McFayden; two grandchildren: Kyle and Draya McFayden; her father Leo; brothers: Allen, Larry, Duane (Josie), Donald (Bev), Warren (Carol), and Clifford (Debbie); and her only sister Colleen (Ray). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her mother Fern Ladouceur.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to the third floor nursing staff at St. Joseph鈥檚 Hospital, and a special thanks to Gordon Carter, and the Hospice Society.

A graveside service will be held at Courtenay Civic Cemetery on Friday, August 13th, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. with Chaplain Gordon Carter officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to PIERCY鈥橲 - MT. WASHINGTON FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORIUM.
