We are sad to announce the passing of longtime Cariboo and Nicola Valley pioneer Charlotte Schindler. Born 6th August 1915, died 22nd March 2005. Charlotte is predeceased by her husband Joseph, her sister Violet and her brother Charles. She is survived by her children: Josephine (Bob), Raymond (Diane), Charles, Charline (Terry Law), Wayne (Lana), Sandra (Pat), Andrew (Debbie). Also survived by her sisters Beulah, Beatrice, Olive, June, Mary Elizabeth, Gloria & Virginia; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Flowers gratefully declined, donations in memory of Charlotte may be made to the Children鈥檚 Hospital Foundation, 448 oak Street, Room B321, Vancouver, BC V6H 3V4.
