Cathy passed away after a very short but courageous battle with cancer.

She is sadly missed by her many nurse, curling & golfing friends. Survived by best friend and companion Paul Gulka, son Randy (Karen) Kirsten, Brett, of Nanaimo, daughter Bev (Tom) Andrew, Sydney, Courtney of Sechelt, sisters Sheila & Sharon, and brother Jack.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to NRGH Pallative Care Unit.

Celebration of her life will be held at Cottonwood Golf Club, Nanaimo, Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 2:00P.M.
