Born in Canso, Nova Scotia, 1942. Art was predeceased by his parents: James and Sadie; brothers: Frank, Ivan, and Joe. He is survived by his brothers: Pat (Margaret) of Ontario; Doug (Adele) of P.E.I.; Bill, Gordon (Ruby), Kenny (Nancy), George, and Fred, all of Nova Scotia. He will be missed by his children: Sandra (Ken) Naswell, and Tony (Jeannette) Ryan; as well as his five grandchildren: Tyler, Kendra, Paula, Anthony and Oliver, all of Courtenay, B.C.

Friends and family, please join us for an informal memorial gathering to be held on Saturday, July 16, from 2:30 to 4:00pm at the Foursquare Church, 1640 Burgess Rd., Courtenay, B.C.
