Notice is hereby given that the CVRD Board proposes to pass a resolution regarding a Temporary Use Permit that would allow tourist accommodation use on a property that is zoned Residential One (R-1). The permit would allow a residential dwelling unit to be used for tourist accommodation.
The requested permit term is three years. If the permit were to be issued, the applicant would have the option to renew once for another maximum three year term. The subject property is legally described as Lot 23, Block D, Section 4, Nelson District, Plan 1478, PID 007-354-291 (3876 Warren Avenue), as shown on the map.

The permit will be considered by the Electoral Areas Services Committee on Monday, April 7, 2025. A copy of the application and related information may be viewed at the CVRD office, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The CVRD Board will decide on permit issuance at their meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 4:00 pm in the CVRD Civic Room.
