Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of the said Act, West Fraser Mills Ltd. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry () and under registry number 10277, a description of the following work: shoreline protection work in, on, over, under, through or across Baynes Sound foreshore and terminus of Hart Creek at Union Bay, British Columbia in front of lot number Block A and B of DL 153 Plan 22 TU540.
