Strong gusty winds are coming to B.C.’s south coast on Tuesday, according to Environment Canada.
The federal agency issues a strong weather statement for Metro Vancouver, southern and eastern Vancouver Island and the south Gulf Islands.
A strong cold front will move across the south coast late Tuesday afternoon and evening, bringing strong winds and cooler temperatures in its wake. Wnds gusting to 70 kilometres per hour are expected in coastal regions and Greater Victoria could see gusts up to 90 kilometres per hour.
